Total nightmare

Broken back window on my 2013 van,went to pick up week later, had additional major damage by shop workers, At first would not fix but statefarm convinced.2nd loaner vehicle had less than 3/4 tank and they had the nerve to try to charge me for not filling it.final repairs acceptable but what a hassle, very unprofessional and terrible customer service, you know what I suggest.

Debra,

I reviewed all the photos we have on file of your van, both from at the time of the estimate and during repairs. The dent / scratch on the right side panel is not present in any of the photos, but in the interest of customer relations, we will remove the dent and repaint the side panel at the same time it is in for your other concerns. I don’t think State Farm would agree to pay for those damages since they aren’t present in the photos, so we won’t even contact them on that. Since we will be doing some paint work, we will need your car for 2-3 days, just to give you a heads up.

CUSTOMER WAS IN THIS AM WITH THESE CONCERNS:

* SCRATCH IN THE SPOILER ON THE L SIDE
* NICKS IN THE REAR BUMPER STEP PAD
* PAINT CHIPS? ON THE LIFTGATE BY BOTTOM CORNERS OF GLASS
* SCRATCH / DENT ON R VAN SIDE PANEL
* SCUFFS / SCRATCHES ON LIFTGATE JUST UNDER GLASS

WILL BRING IN TOMORROW AND WILL NEED A LOANER.

I ALSO LET HIM KNOW OUR LOANER CAR CAME BACK SMELLING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AND THERE IS NO SMOKING IN OUR LOANER CARS.
