I have always received excellent service at Marv’s And this time-things have changed at Marv’s The communications as to the status of my vehicle were not good-I had to keep calling to find out the status-was assured it would be Friday afternoon-never got a call and when I called after 5 pm I was told my car would not be ready until Monday. On Monday I hadn’t heard anything by noon and called and they said it would be later that afternoon. Also, I was very offended when the estimator accused me of getting into another accident because his estimate was off so much. I did not appreciate that at all and it was very very disturbing. I honestly will not bring my car back to Marv’s or recommend it as I have done in the past. I do have to say that as always, the body work was meticulous however it is really hard to want to come back after how I was made to feel...,
My car was repaired very nicely, but I have very hard feelings about being accused by the estimator of getting into another accident because his estimate was so off. The driver backed alongside a CEMENT wall so the damage was extensive. As a person of high integrity, honesty and character, I was floored by his words and also put off by the poor communication regarding when my car was to be ready-if it’s not going to be ready as planned-fine-but tell me about it instead of keeping me waiting around ALL day for the status-I received a text on Monday that my car was going to be delayed until Monday-why didn’t ai get that text on Friday? I missed my plans on Friday after work as I was waiting to find out when I could get my car-if Lacey would have just called me Friday afternoon, all would have been fine-I called her at noon and she knew I was concerned about that!
