This is the first time we have used Marv's. It definitely will not be the last. The customer service is top notch from beginning to end. It was nice to have a free loaner car and receive electronic and text updates on the status of the repairs.

When we picked the car up the workmanship was flawless and the 10 year old car literally looked brand new. It was professionally detailed inside and out which was a customer service touch we did not expect and have not had with other body shops.

The car looked so good we didn't want to give it back to our college age daughter. Marv's has gained a lifelong loyal customer
