Everyone was very friendly and cordial. A promise from the estimator was not followed through by the technician. The timeline was greatly missed.
I have always heard good things about Marv's and thank goodness I have never had to use a body shop. I tried Marv's and would use them again. The car was ultimately repaired and looked very good. The detailed cleaning after the repair lacked some attention to detail. I may still have a pending issue with one item but, will address that with the estimator. The car was estimated on the 10th. We were told that it would take 8 days after it was approved. I realize that it may take a few more days depending upon what more is found. We didn't get our car until the 29th. I also mentioned that one of the criteria I looked at in selecting Marv's was that the vehicle would be left inside overnight. One week after the vehicle was dropped off I drove past. It was sitting out and we had some minor hail that weekend. I approached the estimator with my concerns that I felt betrayed. We looked at the vehicle and saw a dent that probably was not there before. The technician told me they would take care of it. They did and it looks good. I run a service business and realize that what can go wrong will go wrong despite how hard you try with taking precautions and hiring and training your people. Marv's did what they needed to get me back in my vehicle.
