I took my car in for detailing and ozo e treatment which cost me 169.99 plus tax and received my car back with tears on my clothes seat and white streak marks. When I pointed it outtothe guy doing the work he said it was soapresixue and it would dry and be fine. Took it back a few days later and the guy in charge of detailing said the fabric was burned.
Talked to 2 managers above him who refuse to acknowledge that they damaged my car, won't even reimburse me for the fees I paid let alone the damage to my car. Windows were a complete disaster and they redid those and are still streaked like crazy. Do not trust these people. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves!
