They broke my vent clip and automatic door opener. Literally broke the entire piece off the door. I found the broken piece on the ground with the attendant, who knew he had broken it off as it was not damaged before and he was the one who cleaned my car after the wash.. After we submitted the claim they refused to repair both broken pieces. I will never return and want to warn others that if they damage your vehicle they will take take responsibility for what they have done. This matter was blatantly clear they were at fault yet the manager or the owner will not do what a honest business owner would do and repair the damage they caused. Again... go at your own risk!!!
