I was a member of the Rochester Athletic Club for almost five years. I terminated my membership this summer due to economic reasons. Rochester Athletic Club or the RAC looks like an upperclass athletic fitness club, and it is. Its very well organized and managed. It has three different levels. It offers literally thousands of fitness equiptment. Two indoor swimming pools and a large outdoor one. Indoor and outdoor tennis courts. A play area for children to play. An multiple basketball courts. The prices are reasonable, about 70 dollars a month for a single membership with with a sign up fee.
