We awoke Thursday morning to find one of our large trees had fallen during the night and was totally blocking our street. We called Tim. Although enroute elsewhere Tim immediately sensed the urgency of the situation and was here in 20 minutes - chain saw in hand. Tim had the street reopened in 30 minutes or less and a neighborhood crisis averted. He and his crew totally removed the tree and cleaned up the entire mess later the same day! Tim went way above and beyond reasonable expectations. WONDERFULL! Just when we needed Tim - he was here to solve our problem.
