Proactively ordered oil delivery on 2/19. Was told on the phone that oil would be delivered in a couple days. Delivery within a couple of days has always been the case so was expecting the same as was also told on the phone. Over the past 10 years of ordering oil this oil has been delivered promptly within a day or two. 2/25, ran out of oil. Contacted Ehrhart and was then told for the first time they could deliver oil up to week after oil is ordered.
