Needed a quick stove light of pilot on stove I bought from Earhart and was not told a 5 minute drive by would cost $100. At that rate, they could receive up to $1200/hour. If I had been told that this was not a customer service and would cost as much as a full service, I would not have requested their help, but would have looked elsewhere.
