I was having problems and running out or nearly running out and had to call because you folks were assuming that we always used the same amount. The idea of stopping by when you have a truck in the area works a lot better even though it may not be cheaper for you but is much better for me as I don't run out thanks for that. The other problem is the budget billing system is difficult to sort out and understand maybe it's just us thanks.
