First, I say they reacted quickly to my "out of propane" urgent call. They had a rep on-site that afternoon. Unfortunately, they simply re-fill the tanks when I clearly communicated the need to detect, locate & repair the LEAK that had the tanks empty a full 2 months ahead of the normal scheduled fill. Obviously, the tanks emptied again within 2 weeks & I called them again to explain the situation (leak in the line). They then replaced the 2 tanks with 1 tank (but the tank was not leaking) the line leaks again and I ran out of propane again !! finally they replaced the leaking supply line and re-filled the tank, got my fingers crossed for a total repair solution now (3 tanks filled and $$$ later). Just listen to the customer, every once in a while we actually know what we are talking about
