I've been using their service for about 25 years now, on three or four different houses. The service has always been excellent. The last house I lived at I had a crazy neighbor who would come out and yell at them about the products they were putting in my grass. I think they handled it very well and professionally. They put notes in the file so that other employees were aware, and didn't fight with the neighbor. They even put down wood when they would treat our lawn so his would not get sprayed.
