I would not refer anyone to this company, but would tell anyone I know that might be thinking of going to them, my bad experience a big rip off.

The man that I met with was a complete ripoff. He charge me $700 to pull up how much I owed IRS because he said it would take weeks to gather that information, while it only took IRS 5 minutes to pull up the very same report. And what's worse is he was talking about charging another $6,000 to do a financial report which IRS did and it only took them 20 minutes.

Hi George, I'm so disappointed and surprised to read your review. I'm sorry you are unhappy with us and am hopeful that you were able to fix things on your own, as you mentioned in the evaluation. I'm surprised by your review because you never let us know at any point during our meetings and conversations that you were unhappy with us or our service. I reviewed your file and I believe that we were straightforward with you from our very first meeting as to our fees, the work we were performing for you and your alternatives for resolution. Although I generally don't recommend contacting the IRS yourself, we also discussed the steps involved with attempting to fix things on your own.

I'm concerned that your review is inaccurate as to the amount of time we spent on your file, the amount we quoted for our services, and the resolution alternatives discussed. We are proud of providing excellent service to our clients and it takes time to do a good job and provide the best representation possible. We always want to be fair and clear with our clients so please let me know if you had any questions about our engagement or feel we were unfair in any way and I would be happy to meet and discuss together.
