When I arrived for my first appointment, I told Frank I was having trouble obtaining past W2's. He assured they could solve the problem and not to worry. During the process, three peoople from Frank's office reached out to me, telling me to get the missing W-2's. I tried four times and was unsuccessful. Each of the three people kept telling to keep trying. It was very frustrating because this is the main reason I reached out to ATS. I ended up having the re-pay taxes for those years as a result. ATS fees are very expensive. They called me to come in and sign documents and pay fees. When I arrived, i was only asked to pay fees. My documents were not signed or submiteed timely to the IRS. I payed ATS over $2100.00 for services and ended having to sumbit my own taxes for several years , which i payed them to do and had to pay over 9000.000 in back taxes. ATS did reimburse me $185.00 as refund since they did not submit my taxes in a timely fashion. I think they have the competence to complete the tax forms, but for $350, there are probably just as competent companies for a much more reasonable price, that will follow through.
