We met for a consultation with Michael Westerberg after getting a Notice of Delinquency from the IRS following an audit. The documentation we sent to the IRS was solid, but the IRS reviewer kicked it back and only gave a 10 day notice to reply which we missed during a move. That's when we got the notice to pay or go to tax court! Having never dealt with this before, we were kind of freaking out. Mike met with us, reviewed the documentation, and gave us answers to questions that made us feel much better about the situation (and he confirmed our documentation was great). He informed us of the process, what to expect, and how his services could help. But, he said that we really didn't need to hire him due to the level of our documentation and said we could follow-up with him at any time to ask questions (which we did, for free). We REALLY appreciated that he didn't try to scare us into paying for services we didn't really need. This kind of business integrity is rare. I would recommend that anyone needing assistance with dealing with the IRS to call Michael! I hope we never need other services in the future, but if we do we'll be back here with no reservations.
