Glenn and John are top notch professionals. I, like many self-employed individuals, got behind a few years while starting my business and then Uncle Sam came calling. They were very transparent up front and held me by the hand through the whole process. It was a long and hard road but I got a very reasonable settlement offer! I now use them yearly as my CPA for tax preparation. Don't try it yourself, the IRS makes it so difficult to navigate-stick with these guys. The odds say the IRS wont settle with you.
