When my friend unexpectedly passed away in one of my properties, Bio Clean was there for me. This was unknown territory to me as I had never handled this situation before, I had only watched other people as they navigated such scenarios. They were very accommodating, making sure to negotiate the agreement to my particular wants and needs. I would like to especially mention the project manager Lisa Martinez. She was very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Not only did they work very hard, but they went above and beyond their duties. When a leak suddenly developed in one of the bathrooms, they were able to repair it and install a dehumidifier at no extra cost to me. Lisa is very serious about what she does, she and her crew are professionals which is a hard thing to find these days. They may have cost more than their competitors, but this wasn't like taking your car to a garage, it was very important that they do a meticulous job right the first time. This was a very good experience considering the circumstances. Everyone was communicative and friendly, and helpful far beyond my expectations, they did a better job than I ever anticipated. I want to thank them and highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need of their services.
