I had experienced few issues with my purchase:
- Ordered it on 05/17 and was promised 4 - 6 weeks. Installation was done on 07/11
- the length of the Silhouette are about 1 inch shorter
- I had to send an e-mail to remind the sales person about Hunter Douglas form for $50.00 refund promotion. This was offered to me during the sale, but if I didn't remind her, I would have lost the opportunity to receive my money back.
