The salesmen came out gave the quote. Said is would take about 4 hours to install. They sent one older man out to do the job. Guess my job wasn't enough money to send two guys. It took him over 6 hours. I missed my appointment that day. Then I had to call to schedule permit inspection etc. All of this could have been left on the phone message but female owner Mary? the Friday before the Monday inspection HAD TO TALK TO ME. She screamed at the tech who was trying to put her on speaker when I was unable to write down her instructions. She was crazy! Called her that Saturday morning when I AGAIN was at work. Wrote down a few little things AGAIN she could have left this ALLLLLLL on a phone message. She is very rude. Would never recommend them.
