I was searching for plumber early in the AM on Tuesday. I expected to leave voice mail and wait for a call back. Amazing a woman picked up and had a fair understanding of the plumbing trade. She scheduled for a tech to arrive at 10 AM. I was requesting their special price for clearing a drain and then inspecting the cleared drain with a camera. No additional surcharge for same day appointment. When the tech arrived he got right work, and I was on my back to work in less than a hour. Thanks
