They did some sewer work for me in March and I had a 1 year warranty. On Nov 8, I had a main line clog at 8pm with sewage backing into the bath tub. I called to schedule a service call and was told they would get someone out that night. Eddie was there by 9:40pm. He snaked the line and unclogged the stoppage. Eddie was personable and professional and he didn't leave until 11pm, making sure all toilets flushed properly and no stoppages were present. All this with no charge or hassle. I am a very satisfied customer.
