Frank's team video-scoped the drain and found the problem. I called back a month later and the team came back, laid out the options and after careful consideration I decided. What I liked is that they offered options and had ideas as problems arose. I loved the flexibility and ingenuity. They ended up fixing it and the drain works like a charm. Thanks for a job well done.
