We were thrilled with Hector! (sorry I didn't catch his last name) He was thoughtful, knowledgable, hard working- what more could we want. He was great with my toddler & dogs as well. We signed up for the club you guys offer and I plan to request Hector every time. He is a great asset to your company &you guys are lucky to have him!
