Being a female I am always a little hesistant when it comes to taking my vehicle anywhere, particularly when I had just moved to Phoenix. When I had to leave my vehicle I was offered a ride, if there was any additional work necessary I was immediately notified prior to any work being done, the amount Dale conveyed to me prior to repairs was always accurate.
