This was our first time using Pride Flooring for carpeting, we purchased vinyl flooring from them before on two different occasions. We were looking for carpeting for the master and guest bedrooms so we went to look at their selection. We knew from purchasing the vinyl flooring before that they had an area of carpeting remnants and we looked there for an inexpensive carpeting for our guest bedroom. We were able to find a high quality remnant for the guest bedroom, but the master bedroom is large and we didn't find any selection of the colors we wanted in a remnant, so we made a custom order. The company that was going to supply it wasn't able to make the delivery in the time we needed them to, but knowing I was on a tight schedule, Joe got them to send the highest grade carpet within the time frame we needed at no additional cost. He worked very hard to get a high quality carpet at the price we wanted, but also to get it installed, because we had a short window of opportunity to get it in before company arrived, and then I had surgery, and I could not deal with the carpeting after that. Two of Joe's installers came to do the installation and they were excellent. They moved furniture around and they were very careful not to damage anything, and they worked steadily until the job was done and thoroughly cleaned up when it was finished. My husband and I were astonished with both the service and the quality of workmanship from beginning to the end. I've told my neighbors to go there first if they need any kind of flooring work, they're that good.
