Advanced dental solutions is a great place to have your dental needs taken care of,or so I thought it was.I have had 2 teeth extractions done with Dr.Newman and his staff. The first was so great I recommend most of my family to start using their services. I think I should have waited before advising people to use advanced dental tho because my second extraction came with a bunch of labels attached to me. I'm really not still sure the full effect of what the labels of med seeker or drug addict will have on the rest of my life. Anyways with an updated medication list on file after the 2nd extraction I was prescribed pain medicine. When I went to have it filled I was met with phrase such as:red flags are up,med seeker,and drug abuse/drug addict. My pharmacy told me because I was on a medication already advanced dental failed to disclose this information with the pharmacy which caused all the degradation of my integrity that followed. I called advanced dental to try a find a solution to the mistake that was made and all I received was a I'm sympathetic apology. The staff did however admit to know my medication list in advance which is why I believe advanced dental may not have their patients well being be a first priority in their practice. I am now left with a belittling feeling of who I am because again I say how far do labels in the medical community effect you? I am red flagged.I am labeled a drug abuser and drug seeker all because of the withholding of credible well needed information.
