Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. No call back, misinformation, no follow up which was desperately needed. I would AVOID this company all together however management company has contract with them. That in itself is suspicious because other homeowners have had a terrible experience as well. Your response that you CALL back is absolutely NOT true! Woman who answered when we called insisted there were call backs and follow ups. Until she was asked what number she called!!!! She could not even find our number! Finally Tech came after waiting weeks, he spent 5 minutes in our home, said YEP you’re getting swarmed with termites but swarming season is over so it won’t happen again. He promised following week there would be an application applied to entire exterior. That never happened and I’ve been swarmed 11 times since he was here. No phone call! No follow up! NOTHING!
