From the initial phone call, we began dealing with a salesman named Russ to help with our move. His knowledge and care earned our trust immediately. After booking our move, we had a few interactions with some of the other office staff who showed the same level of care and respect about handling our move. When the movers came, they arrived early, shook my hand, asked very detailed questions, and began loading my furniture on the truck quicker than I could watch. This was our first move in 30 years and we had a great amount of delicate items that needed specific care and attention. The guys hustled all day, and I forced them to take a water break. They were exhausting to watch. We had no damages to our home or furniture. The character displayed in this company should set the bar for other companies to model. I haven't met the management team, but expect them to be very appreciative and caring for their employees after experiencing the care we did from each team member.
