I called and spoke with a knowledgeable and polite representative who asked clear questions, provided direct answers, and was very efficient. The men responsible for the move called immediately before they were due, arrived on time, and efficiently established what needed to be done and how and where things were to be moved. My only regret is that I did not ask for more help originally as the work was completed to my full satisfaction in much less than a full hour.
