This was a difficult move...from Ooltewah TN to Iowa City IA and then on to Seattle WA. We only had so many days to accomplish this move so it all had to be done with precision. Jim and Tim were our movers and I cannot speak highly enough about them and Good Guy Movers. With Rusty's assistance, we scheduled the move and there was always a "can do" attitude. Jim and Tim picked up my possessions in Ooltewah...then drove up to Iowa City to pick up my son's possessions...and then with his car on a trailer, drove everything to Seattle and met us at the apartment tower where my son was moving. We had a 2.5 hour window to unload. The tower is very strict with their elevator usage and locking one down for people who are moving in or out. The two movers very efficiently moved everything into my son's apartment and then moved all of my stuff into the storage units in the allotted time. They moved quickly and took as much care as possible to make sure nothing was damaged. At the very end, they helped my son move some of his furniture around. Moving is never any fun. It's tedious and time consuming, but Good Guy Movers managed to make it all tolerable. They were always on time. I never had to wait for them. And they were not afraid to put their rate quote into writing. I wasn't charged one penny extra before our possessions were unloaded. If you hire this company, you will never regret your decision.
