We were hesitant to use a storage facility. We heard about them being dirty and "buggy" We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized these units are. carts available to assist in carrying and trash dumpster available. My wife felt safe going there by herself to retrieve items. We used this unit for approximately two years. Robert was always very helpful.
