I have been a customer with Waterloo Smiles Dentistry since they bought it from the previous dental practice that was there. They have always offered great service and I like it because I can tell that they care. They listen to me and actually respond to me when I do give them feedback. They always ask about things not related to dentistry and I can tell they really do value their clients. They even politely get on my case when they need to if I'm not keeping up on my oral hygiene, but they're not rude about it. Everyone there is friendly, nice, and I highly recommend them!
