I started coming to Waterloo Smiles in 2016 when I moved out of Cambridge to Waterloo. I was seeing my dentist in Cambridge for close to 15 years and when I left, I asked her who she would recommend in Waterloo and she said Dr. Fawzia Husain.
I find everyone at Waterloo Smiles professional and very friendly. When you have your first visit with them the have a very thorough process and like to find out about you as a person. They do their best to cater to you whether it’s with the massage chairs, TV visibility while you are getting your treatment and will even ask if you want a warm neck towel or aromatherapy.
I also feel very safe since the start of Covid. They have enclosed the exam rooms and installed air purification type systems.
One more thing is they are right in King St South at Allen so there is an ION stop right out front. Vincenzo’s and the Bauer Kitchen are within a 2 min walk and Waterloo Town Center is a 5 min walk.
I mostly see Esha for my cleanings, but i have also had appointments with others. Esha is GREAT, very caring and gentle.
