Waterloo Smiles Dentistry

I recently took my children to Waterloo Smiles for the first time. We have been looking for a dentist who would be calm and comforting for my two very nervous kids (age 8, 11). From the beginning of the their appointments until they were finished, the staff members were incredibly accommodating, gentle, kind and comforting. They all took their time to ensure the kids would not feel overwhelmed. My one child even left the clinic with a big smile on her face and exclaimed "I like going to the dentist now!" Her dental hygienist ensured that my daughter felt like she was part of the team and gave her the confidence to speak up if she needed to. Thank you to everyone at the clinic who helped my two kids feel positive about their dental appointments!
