I recently switched to Waterloo Smiles and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff there and my experiences so far. The staff at Waterloo Smiles is friendly, knowledgeable, and eagerly go out of their way to create a comfortable environment for their patients. Like many people I'm sure, the dentist has always been somewhat daunting for me - but since switching to Waterloo Smiles I can honestly say that those days are behind me.
