Mike's team arrived exactly when he said they would, use shoe covers when walking through the house, and were always careful to check with me when they had a question. The guys were very friendly and polite and had the job done within two hours. The windows positively sparkle and the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use Mike's again and recommend it to others.
