I was recommended to Columbo's Floors to Go by a friend, and overall it was a good experience. The person that helped me was Jenny Celano. She was very dedicated and eager to please me.

I had a carpet sample with me that I was trying to match but it wasn't made any longer. Jenny tried to pair it with something in house. She accommodated me more than my nearby competitors, and even followed up with me through a phone call. She was very good.

They could have had a better carpet selection in stores, but that's alright. I chose a grade 2 instead of a grade 3, because I thought it wasn't going to be much of a difference. They didn't have a grade 2 sample to compare with, which was unfortunate. Had I seen the difference, I would have gone with a grade 3, because it would have been much denser. Jenny checked on me after the installation, and she even sent me a thank you card.
