Our shop has been working with Manual Transmission for fifteen years since their shop opened and everything has been great except for the past month. We send them transmissions to fix and they usually do a good job but we've had to send a few things back. Last week we had a transmission that had the wrong parts and then there was another incident where the transmission wasn't running properly. We received it on the back of a truck and we ended up sending the truck to them on a tow truck and they had to repair everything themselves.
We will continue to use them but because of the recent problems, we're going to second guess Manual Transmission until they get things right. Their prices are great and they're close to our shop so that's why we continue to go back.
