I took my dog to Animal Kingdom to get her groomed. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but I showed up at 7am and they took her in. By 12:30 they called me to say she was finished, so it did take some time, but I think it's because I didn't have an appointment. They did a great job with the grooming, my dog looked beautiful! And not stressed when I came to get her. The people seemed fine and friendly enough. I would go back to them and I recommend them too.
