Okay

They're convenient because you can drop your dog off in the morning, but they take a long time to finish, so you have to wait the whole day, basically. I had them wash and shave my dog, but when I got her back, she still smelled kind of dirty. I don't know what they did or didn't do, but she still smelled a bit.

In the future, if you inform us that you need to pick up at a certain time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, dropping off at 7 a.m. is a convenience for early commuters. Groomers do not arrive until 10 a.m., which is why drop-off is between 7 and 10 a.m. Hope to hear from you soon.
