Aggressive sales and extremely poor communication led to an awful and expensive experience for me. I asked for solar panels to be installed on the BACK of my house. No communication for months after i signed a contract and payed thousands for a deposit. When they finally made the plans available to me (2 days before installation was to start), all of the panels were to be put on the front of the house. I cancelled the contract and have yet to see a refund, 5 months after canceling. 17 phone calls and just as many excuses. I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth dealing with Don. That is the only taste in my mouth since he took food off of the table for me and my children. I will never deal with Kapital again. I cant afford it!
