I knew from the first time I talked with Donna that she was interested in making sure I had what I needed not just in a sale. Her knowledge of quilting, the Handiquilter machines and training surpass any I have had previously. The staff,Carolyn & Shelia are so friendly and also go out of their way to help. Last Saturday, after closing time I ran into a problem. I sent Donna an email thinking she may read over the weekend and respond Monday. NO!!!! Donna responded immediately with the solution!!! Then followed up to make sure all was well!! No other dealer has ever given that level of service. Donna doesn’t give good customer service-she gives Excellent customer service!! Thanks Donna and staff.
