Donna from Whatever's Quilted has done nothing but help me in any way possible. I got the Sweet 16 machine, and she was able to walk me through things over the phone. I live in Florida and she lives in North Carolina. She came to Florida on her way to see her daughter and stopped by to spend an afternoon walking through the machine with me! She saved me money and has more patience than I do. She's very knowledgeable and I'd give her five stars for everything!
