Spa D'Sante offered my husband and I a monthly membership. I stopped going to the Huebner Oaks location after 2 months because no matter how much I complained about how cold it is and placed my suggestions in the suggestion box, they did not do anything to make it more comfortable. I could never truly relax because my muscles were too tense from the freezing cold.

When I called in January to cancel my membership I was told I had to cancel via the web site in writing or I had to come into the location and fill out cancellation forms. I tried to cancel via the web site on several occasions but became frustrated when I could not find it, so I gave up. Now 4 months have gone by and they continue to draw 2 memberships from my account. I have not had an opportunity to physically go there to cancel.

I called to complain that I could not find a link to cancel my account. I turns out there is NO LINK to cancel your account. You have to call them, so that they can give you the email of a specific employee (erika@spadsante.com) so that you can send the request in writing.

There guys are crooks. They tell you that once you cancel, they are still going to take the next month's payment out of your account, and the cancellation will not be effective until the end of the following month. Of course you only remember them when they charge on the first of the month, but can never actually cancel it.

If you take your chances with Spa D'Sante, I recommend you stay away from their membership!!!
