The quote by Miller Custom Exteriors was very reasonable compared to other quotes I’d had for metal shingles. I appreciated that Doug, my salesperson, gave me a long list of homes roofed by Miller in different styles and colors of my product, so I could go to look at them. With a shiny metal roof, I was happy to be able to see how the roofing looks in the sun.
The employees on the job were personable, easy to work with, happy to anwer questions, attentive to detail, and really hardworking, even in the snow and freezing cold!! They were exceptionally responsive to issues I had after the job was completed, too---I had an flat asphalt roofing section that I realized needed replacing after the main roof was done, and needed to be done quickly so my siding job could continue. Doug came right out to give me a quote and they did the reroof right away.There were difficulties with addressing this after the main roof was already installed, but they stuck with it and very quickly resolved any issues.
I couldn’t be happier with the look of the metal shingle, and how it almost fools you into thinking it’s shake! The gutters and covers are heavy duty, made to go with the metal roofing, and give the roof a professional finish. Doug assured me they guarantee they will clean out my gutters if they clog, and so far so good. I couldn’t be more pleased, and the neighbors gave me rave reviews! I highly recommend this company.
