The sales rep was informative about options and what to expect from the installers.
The installers were conscience of keeping the mess they made to a minimum. They also did their work in a professional manner.
We were pleased with the quality of the windows and the finish work.
The only down side is that it took nearly 7 months from signing of contract to installation.
