Cordia didn't perform any plumbing work for me, but I had an experience with them, nonetheless. One of their plumbers came into my yard (from the work site next door) and took water from the outside tap on my house - without so much as asking. I have no objection to giving away a small amount of water or allowing someone else to use that tap - but I certainly expect to be asked permission, first.
