Not only did Spencer and another salesperson at Spencer's Ventura Mattress help us out, but his mom also helped. He showed me how the mattresses were made and, when ours was being made, he took us into the shop and showed us. It was like having a member of the family make the bed for us. The price was good and the guy who delivered it was fine. He took our old stuff out, put the new bed in and got it up and rolling.
