I bought a latex mattress at Spenser's about 5 years ago and it was beginning to become uncomfortable --- it had lost its springiness. I brought it back to Spenser's last week expecting the usual run around. Boy was I mistaken! Spenser listened to my complaint sympathetically and then spent the next hour and half rebuilding my mattress. Not only did he fix my problem, the mattress is better than it had been when new. When I asked him what I owed him, he said not to worry about it! It is rare to meet a craftsman that truly stands behind his product.
